Miller's house located on the old mill already existing in 1200 with adjacent hydroelectric plant from 1913 (reactivated in 2013), which uses the waters of the Chienti River with suggestive view of the watercourse. Point of passage of the Franciscan Way of the Marca and the Via Lauretana. It is not difficult to have nice encounters with wild animals such as dormice, badgers, squirrels, hares, grey herons, etc... Beautiful water mill, now transformed into a small power plant, powered by the water of the Chienti river. It can be reached by following a narrow secondary road, sheltered from traffic.
