Perched on one of the most evocative panoramas of Lake Maggiore, the smallest of the sacred mountains of Piedmont offers a breathtaking view of the Lombard pre-Alps. Oggebbio is a picturesque village on Lake Maggiore, located along the Piedmont shore, which fascinates with its characteristic corners and panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With its ancient alleys, stone houses and historic churches, including the Church of Sant'Agata and the Parish Church of San Pietro, Oggebbio retains an authentic atmosphere. From the summit you have a great view over Lake Maggiore

Really impressive. The path of the crucifixion is very elaborately designed. Up here there is also a restaurant with a great outdoor area and some hiking trails. Unfortunately we didn't get a view of the lake because everything disappeared in a murky soup.

This climb is tough but has some amazing views.

A few meters from the center of the town of Premeno, there is the church of San Salvatore with its incredible panoramic terrace. The little church is ancient, dating back to around 1600, and immersed in an almost surreal quiet. Allowing yourself to be embraced by the lush nature, just ahead of the church, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and, on the clearest days, it is possible to see Milan in the distance.
