The fountain is beautiful, the tap at the back with drinkable water is convenient and useful, and the sign summarizing the history of the Asti aqueduct (which takes water from Cantarana) is very interesting.

Washhouse near the Campo Santo, a few meters before the Church. There is also a water point to fill bottles.

A few meters from the town of Cantarana there is this small church dedicated to San Rocco. From here you can glimpse the beautiful baroque bell tower of the town church and on this road that connects Cantarana to Villafranca there is a precious cycle-pedestrian path!

Built in the 12th century with the title of San Pietro for the now disappeared village of Vulpilio. Since the 17th century it has been dedicated to Our Lady of the Snow. It still has the Romanesque apse. It stands on the highest Villafranchese hill. MT 246
