Regione Montà is a locality/street located in the municipality of Agliano Terme (AT), in Piedmont, a renowned wine-producing area of Monferrato

Castelnuovo Calcea, located in the heart of the Monferrato Astigiano, has ancient origins linked to the Ligurian Statielli, Celts, and Gauls, before Roman colonization (Castrum Novum ad Calcea). The medieval village, known for its castle, destroyed several times starting in 1155, was a fiefdom of the Marquises of Incisa, the Trotti family, and finally the Savoy family in 1735.

He was captured during a clearing operation on December 6, 1944, and deported to Germany. Castle of medieval origins, first built in 1142. Destroyed in 1154, it was subsequently rebuilt in its current position. It was then destroyed again by the Savoyards in 1635 and finally rebuilt at the end of the 17th century. It has been municipally owned since 1987.

At the highest point of the historic center of the village famous above all for its thermal waters (at Fons Salutis, in the lower part). Near the church also the war memorial, the archconfraternity of San Michele and an interesting panoramic point.
