Caritas Senior Citizens' Home, Hall Castle The castle was originally a "liberated aristocratic residence" in 1644, originating from a bourgeois house. Hall was owned by the Trautmannsorfs until 1848, then by bourgeois owners. In 1941, the building was acquired by the Diocesan Caritas Association and converted into a retirement home. During World War II, it housed South Tyrolean resettlers; in 1944, the Linz Children's Hospital was housed here. In 1948, it was returned to Caritas, and since 1949, a Caritas retirement home has operated here. The building is two-story and has a tin-roofed mansard tower. The masonry is structured with plasterwork and has diamond-shaped ashlars at the corners.

Known for the oldest iodine brine spring. Always worth a visit.

The Bründl is located on the north side of the building opposite the church

The neo-Gothic parish church was built between 1869 and 1888 by the Linz cathedral architect Otto Schirmer and, with its 60-meter-high tower, is one of the most beautiful neo-Gothic buildings in Upper Austria. The church was renovated between 1985 and 1988 because the inadequately founded tower was in danger of collapsing.

The town centre, with its large spa gardens, is situated on a plateau and is framed by the hills of the Alpine foothills with a fascinating view of the mountain peaks of the Kalkalpen National Park. The graduation grotto in the heart of Bad Hall's spa gardens is the only open-air inhalation facility in Austria and is said to have unique health-promoting effects.

On the western exterior of the church there is a crypt in which the Princes Auersperg, owners of Losensteinleithen Castle, found their final resting place. When the hall above was renovated in 1892, the crypt was also examined and 18 simple wooden coffins were found there. On the side walls of the crypt there are three memorial plaques commemorating "Maria Josefa Princess of Auersperg", "Aglae Adelheid Pauline Countess of Windischgrätz" and "Marie Franziska Scheldon, Imperial Countess of Daun, née Princess of Auersperg".
