A small, cute and welcoming refuge, Giuseppe is a true institution for those who walk and cycle in this area of the Romagna Apennines. It is managed by the Fumaiolo Sentieri association and is not far from the sources of the Tiber.

Rifugio Giuseppe is an enchanting place located in the heart of Monte Fumaiolo, in the Verghereto area.

The Hermitage of Sant'Alberico is a fascinating place located at 1,147 meters above sea level in the Emilia-Romagna region, precisely between the town of Balze and the Celle monastery. This hermitage is located in a deep gorge at the foot of the Aquilone, Celle and Ocri mountains. An atmosphere of austere solitude reigns here, inviting reflection and prayer.

The Sassi saddle is located at an altitude of 1,150 metres. This is the pass that separates Sasso di Simone and Mount Simoncello, the latter reachable with a detour that starts right from here.
