I visited Gleno lake a few years ago and I have to say that the trip was worth all its time! In addition to the beautiful natural setting, the history that the Gleno dam contains (a human failure) must be passed on to future generations so that it never happens again.

If you are climbing in summer with the sun beating down, it is worth stopping for a moment to enjoy the coolness before continuing the climb.

The Serio River Falls are only open 2-3 times a year, especially in summer. They are worth seeing because they are among the largest and most spectacular in Europe, and the low point of the Maslana Observatory is the best place to see them!
