We were at the lake on May 1st and were a bit surprised, even disappointed 😢, that the lake didn't look as beautiful as it did in most of the pictures. The simple explanation: the water was used for snowmaking in the ski area during the winter months and will (hopefully) fill up over the summer. 👌😊

Rifugio Capanna Valbione, at 1,510 m, is located in Ponte di Legno in the Adamello Park. Open all year, it offers a restaurant with typical cuisine and a pizzeria. Reachable by chairlift or on foot, it is ideal for hiking, skiing and relaxation. It has a large solarium and panoramic views.

Passo Paradiso is easily reachable with the facilities of the Adamello ski area, both in winter and summer. You can set off for beautiful walks and on your return you can refresh yourself at the refuge of the same name not far from the cable car arrival point.
