Gardaland Resort, often referred to simply as Gardaland, is a theme and amusement park complex located on Lake Garda in the municipality of Castelnuovo del Garda in the Veneto region. The amusement park opened on July 19, 1975, and with approximately 2.92 million visitors in 2019, it is the largest amusement park in Italy and the eighth-largest amusement park in Europe.
