Panoramic is easily accessible

A beautiful bridge in Kanal over the Soca River. The bridge offers breathtaking views of the Soca and allows for close-up observation of the cliff divers.

An outstanding showcase of Christian strength, Christian will, and the Catholic faith in villages far from the cities. This is now the third Madonna statue, as the first two were destroyed by storms or swept away by the stream. Regardless, the Madonna is a magnificent specimen worth seeing and brims with confidence against the flowing stream.

From this position there is an excellent view of Mount Matajur and further to the Julian Alps and Karawanks.

Only 5km climb but very tough, average 11%. It has the advantage of being mostly shaded then the descent towards Savogna remains in the sun

The small area of Solcano flanked by the Isonzo river and served by three bridges: the last one is a cycle/pedestrian bridge

Excellent refreshment point at the base of the climb to Mount Matajur. The water in the fountain is not drinkable, but on hot summer days it still allows you to cool off, while the shade of the trees provides a bit of respite from the sun before tackling the climb (or at the end of the descent).
