From April to November, the Hirzer cable cars depart from the picturesque village of Saltusio at an altitude of 1,980 m. In just a few minutes, two cable cars cover 1,490 meters of altitude.

Beautiful location with a wide view, hospitable service, clean toilets, warm blankets to sit on if required. Highlight: really good, top-notch food!! If you're looking for medicine, try the nut schnapps. It's worth it, as it's an easy route to the view from the Riffelspitz or Grünangerjoch.

With the Hirzer cable car you reach a plateau with plenty of hiking trails in an alpine landscape and the most beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Do you want more? For example, the Hirzer is a worthwhile destination at almost 2,800 meters.
