The largest of the artificial lakes in the Val d'Ultimo. Along the lake there is the traditional sheep market which takes place after the transhumance. Fun fact: under the lake lie 12 masi (mountain houses) which were flooded during the construction of the hydroelectric plant and the simultaneous creation of the artificial lake.

A semi-covered walkway made of iron that was built in 2019. It feels like pedaling inside an iron barrel.. when the lake is full of water it's a show.

Small artificial lake in Val d'Ultimo, Lake Zoccolo has a dam that can be traveled on foot or by bike. It is possible to walk the perimeter thanks to a recently created path.

Nice landlady, very generous portions, delicious food, unusual decoration and beautiful flowers. You can order smaller portions, which are also plentiful. I had 2 homemade dumplings with a refreshing salad. The cakes also looked excellent.
