Beautiful and very colorful wooden alpine refuge

At 2,083 meters above sea level, Lake Cornisello Inferiore is smaller and four times shallower than Lake Superiore, but no less fascinating. It too is surrounded by the peaks of the Presanella and Brenta mountain ranges.

At the foot of the Brenta Dolomites, also clearly visible and fascinating here, and above Caderzone Terme, from this panoramic point you can especially see the lovely Vacarsa lake. At about 1,910 meters above sea level, this alpine lake is not far from the San Giuliano and Garzonè basins.

From this panoramic point near the Cornisello refuge, on the slopes of Presanella and above Madonna di Campiglio, you can look out over the Cornisello lakes. There are three of them and they vary in size, but they are certainly notable for their charm.

Bocchetta dell'Acqua Fredda is an Alpine pass between the peaks of Spadalone and Cingla. It is located at an altitude of 2,184 meters and belongs to the municipality of Caderzone Terme. From here you have a splendid view of the Brenta mountains.
