The climb to Valcanale begins in Ponte Seghe and, although it's not particularly long (7 km), it has sections with double-digit gradients that make it challenging. If, once you reach the village, you want to reach the lake, be prepared for two very pleasant climbs before reaching the Babes district. Once you arrive, however, you'll be rewarded with a kiosk where you can enjoy some excellent food!

The Tribulina dei Morti della Montagnina is a small place of worship located along the path that connects Pizzo Formico to the Rifugio Parafulmine, in Val Gandino, province of Bergamo. The Pozza dei Sette Termini is a hiking point of interest located at 1309 meters above sea level in Val Gandino, in the province of Bergamo. It can be reached via the CAI 544B trail, which starts from the Church of Santa Maria degli Angeli in Valpiana. The pool/lake of the Heart (of Barzena) is not located at the fork of paths (Colletto di Grioni, Possimo, Monte Palandone, Colletto di Barzena, Malga Lunga) of Palandone (where there are no pools), but further west about 1km at Colletto di Barzena, almost 500m from Pozza Sette Termini. At the confluence of the agro-forestry-pastoral roads that come respectively: from Pozza Sette Termini, from Comunaglia and from Malga Lunga.
