Located directly on the town's main street is the late Gothic hall church. It's quite a sight.

A small, narrow village road connecting the towns of Baindlkirch and Ebersried. It's a pleasant, yet quiet road. The asphalt is top-notch!

Imposing barrage on the Lech River. At barrage 22, the water is diverted from the Lech River to the Lochbach, where three additional, smaller weirs are located. On the northern edge of Augsburg, the wide, parallel Lech Canal branches off towards Meitingen and only flows back into the riverbed after more than 20 kilometers. Along this Lech Canal are three power plants built between 1898 and 1922 (Gersthofen, Langweid, and Meitingen canal power plants). The late Gothic hall church was remodeled in the Baroque style around 1710. It was remodeled again in 1934, with the nave being extended to the west. The choir flanking tower was expanded with octagonal storeys and topped with an onion dome.
