Since 2010, a basalt statue of "Quetschehannes" has stood by the fountain in the village square. And further up the Steinkaut hill near the Krähenhütte (Crow's Hut), a steel statue of him now also towers over his village of Biebernheim.

A magical place with the most beautiful view of Oberwesel and the Rhine across the vineyards. The restaurant is also highly recommended.

The St. Goar panoramic trail is highly recommended. I've hiked it twice now and we were thrilled both times.
