Mount Cardito (1592 m), located in Lazio, is part of the Monti della Laga. ⛰️ It is crossed by a section of the Gran Sasso Horse Trail and offers numerous trails for hikers and mountain bike enthusiasts. 🚴‍♀️

Absolutely doable on both full and front mountain bikes with a little experience. To get there you need to cross a small ford over a small bridge, which I highly recommend doing on foot to avoid swimming in the ditch. Colle del Vento 2010m

Along this stretch of path, just outside the woods, you have a spectacular view of Lake Campotosto. This basin is the largest artificial lake in the Abruzzo region. The panoramic point can be reached with an easy walk from the regional road that runs along the lake.

The Revotico waterfall is located a few steps from the town of Campotosto. It can be reached with an easy walk, also suitable for families. Immediately after the snow melts, at the beginning of summer, the waterfall is at its maximum capacity and offers an enchanting natural spectacle.
