Beautiful route done today, when you arrive at the 9km long section of the Martunarum park - Capranica railway you will face three very dark tunnels, bring a front light to see because in addition to being dark there are sections with significant holes, be careful.

After the barrier from the main road, a short climb leads to the top where there are large antennas, the view is obstructed by the large trees but it is worth getting there for the beautiful descent that takes you back to the main road towards S. Martino al Cimino.

A picnic area inside the Lake Vico reserve. The cycling route crosses a deciduous forest which keeps you cool even in summer. There is a fountain at the entrance.

Challenging climb, sliding surface but an average training is required in order not to suffer. Once you have reached the top of the main slope, I suggest you turn right when you see the metal bar and take the paved road which in a few meters will allow you to reach the summit of the mountain located in the area adjacent to the installation of the repeater antenna for communications.
