One of the most suggestive spots of the Apulian Murgia. Absolutely worth a visit.

Stretch of about 3km easily passable even by road bike. Even though it is a white road, it does not present any particular roughness. (I traveled it with a smooth 25 tyre). It will allow you to slow down and enjoy the wonderful passage with a view of the dome of the cave where "the man of Altamura" was found.

Evocative stretch of road between Pulicchio Wood and Parisi Wood. We are near Pulicchio di Gravina, which however is best visited on foot or by MTB because the paths are not really suitable for racing bikes. Along the way you can also admire a perfectly preserved jazzo (a particular enclosure for sheep).

The missile base was built in the late 1950s in the midst of the Cold War. It was the result of a secret agreement between Italy and the United States and this place was chosen because the population density is very low.
