The Ulmo Pine Forest, featuring a picnic area equipped with wooden tables and benches, extends over approximately ten hectares in the Ceglie Messapica area, in the heart of the Itria Valley. It's the ideal place to spend a relaxing day with friends and family, sheltered by the shade of the Mediterranean scrub and dense Aleppo pine forest, or simply to take a break before continuing your exploration of the surrounding countryside and the nearby towns of the Itria Valley.

You should definitely visit the small, narrow streets off the beaten track.

The houses integrated into the fortification walls are unique to Ostuni. A walk along the city walls is a must.

very beautiful wooded area, on a slope. To be traveled in summer also to enjoy the cool shade. From the path that connects the SP9 there are several side paths with very beautiful single tracks.

The 12th century church of San Biagio in Rialbo opens onto a natural cave. It is best to reach it from the Strada dei Colli rather than from the valley if you are a beginner MTB rider.

The Figazzano bridge, dating back to 1910-1915, is located on the cycle path of the Apulian Aqueduct. It is a dirt road about 2 meters wide and about 200 meters long, bordered laterally by walls with iron railings. Crossing it you can enjoy the view of the cultivated fields and typical Trulli below.

Mixed road. Some sections are asphalt, some are concrete (the steepest ramp near the archaeological area), and some are dirt. The dirt section becomes more challenging/bad as you move away from Ostuni towards Fasano.
