Artificial lake created in 1959 to serve the Piana di Sibari in periods of maximum drought. To create the lake, a dam was created to block the river Crati.

There are various routes from Tarsia to Lake Tarsia. The one that flows into the main street here is particularly beautiful. From here you have a beautiful view of the lake as you drive through olive groves.
