It is a popular starting point for hikes and walks around Lake Neusiedl, which are also listed as a "Walk of Fame" on hiking apps like Komoot.

Here at the beginning of Neusiedl, there's a bike station next to the train station. If you're arriving by train, you can rent a bike there.

A long, perfectly straight road from the city center to the lake. Naturally, it's traffic-calmed and has bike lanes. On weekends, when the weather's nice, a car parade takes place here, where proud owners of expensive cars showcase their treasures.

A great tour around the lake with beautiful scenery, virtually no traffic, plenty of places to stop for refreshments, and a ferry ride – definitely an experience. Some gravel roads with very fine white gravel, and lots of asphalt.
