어려운 조깅. 우수한 체력 필요. 대부분 갈 수 있는 길. 일부 구간에서 미끄러지지 않게 조심해야 함.

A beautiful stream to follow and enjoy in the surrounding area. There are quite a few steep descents, so be careful with sensitive knees!

Beautiful walking here. The waterfalls follow each other quickly.

Rouge Thier is a bench with a view of the valley and the forest, located on a path near Rahier, a village in the Belgian Ardennes. You can reach this location by following the Rouge Thier signs from the center of Rahier. The bench is a great place to take a break from your run and watch the sunset. You will also find a small wooden cabin nearby, where you can take shelter in case of rain or cold.

The Gold Mine Waterfall is a waterfall located in the Chefnâ Valley, near Stoumont. You will be amazed by the golden hues of the rocks that gave the waterfall its name. The site was once a gold mine where prospectors searched for nuggets in the river sand. You can learn more about the geological history of the area from an information panel located at the rest area. The climb to the waterfall is steep and challenging, but rewarding. You will enjoy the views of the forest, the river, and the waterfall.

La Chefnâ is a small valley which is home to a charming stream. You'll find yourself surrounded by nature, with mossy rocks, ferns and waterfalls along the way. You can follow the stream from its source on the fen plateau to its confluence with the Amblève, where you can admire the twisted hornbeams and quartz blocks. The Chefnâ is often called the little sister of the Ninglinspo, a more famous mountain river, but it is just as beautiful and less crowded. You can picnic in the restored gold miner's cabin or go to the brasserie-restaurant Le 1912 for a delicious meal. La Chefnâ is a hidden gem that deserves your attention.
