The Mundo River is one of the most important rivers in the province of Albacete. Its source occurs from a series of springs that flow from the limestone rocks of the natural park. These springs form a waterfall known as the "Batanes waterfall." From its source, the river travels a distance of approximately 130 kilometers until its mouth at the Segura River, in Murcia. Throughout its journey, the river forms numerous waterfalls and waterfalls, such as the "Hundimiento waterfall" and the "Chrots waterfall".
