The San Andrés Bridge is in Somahoz (Los Corrales de Buelna) over the Besaya River, which gives access to the San Andrés neighbourhood. It is divided into a narrow lane for vehicles and a pedestrian crossing, and from it we see a railway bridge that we have to go under to enter the neighbourhood. And that railway bridge (or overpass) that we crossed is part of the historic "Ferro-carril de Isabel II" (Isabel II Railway) that began to be built in the mid-19th century with the project of joining the towns of Alar del Rey with Santander and whose section from Bárcena de Pie de Concha to the Cantabrian capital must have been finished in 1858.

At the beginning of the San Andrés neighbourhood, in Somahoz, the views upstream from the Besaya are beautiful. This is the starting point for several routes.

Castañeda public climbing wall, next to the Pas greenway between Pomaluengo and La Cueva. It consists of a boulder and a climbing wall that rises up to 9 meters and has 4 climbing routes. View of the Roman camp of El Cincho seen from the Oteru peak. The camp is located at the top of a hill near the center of Yuso (in the municipality of Campoo de Yuso), in the Cantabrian community. Its location was very strategic, since it dominated the Vilga plain, today almost completely flooded by the Ebro Reservoir. Its structure has two very different parts, the camp itself, of which a wall and the moat are preserved, and the outer wall, which includes two exterior entrances, of which the north door is of great interest.

Corconte is a nucleus of the Cantabrian municipality of Campoo de Yuso. The town is known for its water, known as "Concorte water", which is bottled at the nearby Concorte spa. It is one of the towns located on the shore of the Ebro reservoir, and is home to the Ebro Reservoir Interpretation Center. Regarding its heritage, the church of Nuestra Señora de las Angustias stands out. The building is built of ashlar, from the 17th-18th centuries, with a baroque tower at the foot of the temple. Also worth highlighting is the fountain and public laundry, located on the ground floor of the Council House. Originally the spring emerged in that same place, and hence its location, although currently the source is connected to the supply network. The washing basin has a rectangular plan and is built of ashlar.
