Great shop on the Arran Coastal Way to stop to resupply. There is not much down this section of coast so great place to stop.

Steep climbing, but the views are worth it.

For many years islanders had their own illicit stills and smuggled the “Arran Waters” from Lagg to the mainland. Lagg Distillery is relatively new their first spirit being produced in early 2019. They have a cafe and run tours https://www.laggwhisky.com

Small shop and Post Office - nice to buy something cool to drink or an ice cream.

Excellent views of Ailsa Craig and Mull of Kintyre.
