The road surface is very good, but the adjacent bike path isn't particularly suitable for road bikes. It's moderately busy. Occasionally, you'll find motorcycles that forget how the road traffic regulations work.

After my ice cream test tour [https://www.komoot.com/de-de/tour/2438132108?share_token=alLSeIWeQ89lg2lrhLH2uvbBSbVfAIavo7jx6FBRHpTdyfFMUZ&ref=wtd], I learned two things about 'Zum Dänen': Firstly, it's not the only place in the region where licorice is combined with ice cream, and secondly, the restaurant is surprisingly closed on Saturdays. Otherwise, the soft-serve ice cream offered would have been included in the test as the 10th ice cream cone without a rating... 😊
