Good road to Lake Bohinj.

The bathing area is located at the edge of Bohinjska Bistrica, near a bridge over the Sava River. There's a campsite next to the bridge; the bathing area is accessible from all sides and features several small islands in the Sava River. The view of the Sava from the bridge offers a magnificent natural spectacle with its crystal-clear water and sunlight.

The route from Savica to Lake Bohinj runs along the Sava Bohinjska River, mostly through shady sections. It's an up-and-down route with short, challenging ascents and descents, sometimes alongside vertical, slightly overhanging cliffs.

A sensational cycle path runs along the Sava Bohinjka River: wide, asphalted, and free of ruts and potholes. This stretch of road is a delight to cycle on.

The statue is located at the outflow of Lake Bohinj and is an absolute eye-catcher.

Lake Bohinj (Wocheiner See) offers numerous bathing spots with larger and smaller bays around the lake. Along the southern shore, a cycle and pedestrian path runs alongside the main road through the shady forest. There are frequent clearings offering views of the expansive lake. A hiking trail leads to the northern shore, but cycling is explicitly prohibited there. The most enchanting bay is in the west, where the Savica River flows into the lake. This spot features a gravel beach area and crystal-clear water, which offers a fascinating play of colors thanks to the sunlight and the vertical cliffs.
