Picturesquely embedded between mountains and forest lies the Grafenbergsee at 1,638 meters altitude. Its crystal clear water often shimmers emerald green. The water continues downhill into the nearby Ahornsee.
Caution: The last alpine pasture before the descent to Kocherbauer is closed off by a gate. The first 300 meters of the descent connecting the route after the alpine pasture to the Kocherbauer forest road must be moved.
