Skovmøllen is a historic watermill located in the Marselisborg Forests just south of Aarhus. It’s Denmark’s only working undershot watermill, where you can see traditional milling in action on select days. Next to the mill, Restaurant Skovmøllen serves a delicious Danish brunch using local ingredients.

I always find it interesting when a user describes highlights under tips, even though, according to their tours, they've never actually been there. Since @Uwe from Lüstringen's information is considerably closer to the Danish information in the description below, and he has proven to have visited the region, I'm more likely to believe him than other accounts... 😉

However, overcoming rocky areas, as @DULMI describes, only works if the planks are attached to the jetty and not stacked on the beach, as I experienced the week in which DULMI wrote the comment... 😉

As in any sailing harbor, there's always something to see in Hou. Hou's surprisingly large marina, with its numerous berths, offers plenty of opportunities. Access to the berths is not restricted.

A very beautiful church, which seems to be open to visitors at all times. The model ship in the nave is, of course, a must-have in keeping with Danish tradition.
