The English forest has the magical energy of bygone times. Very nice.

English Forest is part of Castle Taxis. Unfortunately, it is more or less left to its own devices and its "heydays" are behind it for the time being. At the small lake there used to be e.g. water lilies. But maybe that will change at some point...

you can partly drive along the castle wall and always have a view of the castle. The English forest next to it is very beautiful and mega forest paths and there is a lot to discover
