The rock formations are impressive and highly recommended. But be careful, there is a road leading through the valley. It is a direct connection from Eselsburg to Herbrechtingen and is driven on the right. It's a little quieter on the small hiking trail parallel to the road, on the other side of the floodplain.

A picturesque old town with many small alleys to explore. A marketplace with a wonderful atmosphere, it's a pleasure to linger there. The fountain with the Marian column in the center of the square is a central meeting point and a beautiful addition to the atmosphere. The market square in Günzburg is definitely worth a visit! It is one of the most beautiful market squares in Swabia and impresses with its historic charm. The baroque town hall with its striking facade is a real eye-catcher and the landmark of the market square. It's worth it!
