The bridge is still closed, but with a little climbing skill it is definitely passable. The steps are blocked off on three sides. From behind, however, you can climb over the edges onto the bridge because there are no steps. Everything looks good at the top. The way down on the other side is the same. But it is definitely not barrier-free.
