Highly recommended, right on the tranquil Molchowsee. It's a great place to stay if you want peace and quiet.

This is the way to Lake Molchow. A quiet body of water with some lovely swimming spots.

There are many different types of paths along the route. In some places you can choose between asphalt and gravel, in others there are cobblestones that are easy to drive on in some sections and on the other hand there are also paths that look well-leveled but are difficult to drive on due to a lack of compaction.

Great tour, lots of shade at 30° all along the lake, swimming is no problem either.

It is a nice place to park a car a little further on and start a circular walk north along the river.

The new bridge is 37 m long and has a 4.82 m wide path for cyclists and pedestrians.

After almost four years of construction, it has been possible to cross the Rhin again since 2020 thanks to the new, visually striking Molchow Bridge. The old bridge was closed at the end of 2016 because it was no longer safe for traffic. After long discussions about the design - a wooden variant was favored locally - the decision was made in favor of the steel girder bridge. The costs amounted to 2.5 million euros.
