You don't have to drive to the island. As a pedestrian, take the ferry. It's also cheaper than driving. Then take the bus to Trollanes or a town before and hike to the lighthouse. The bus also takes all hikers back to the ferry.

Föroya Bjór is a Faroese brewery based in Klaksvík. In addition to beer, the company also produces soft drinks. It was founded in Klaksvík in 1888. In 1883, Símun F. Hansen went to Denmark to learn the art of brewing and baking. After returning to the Faroe Islands in 1888, he founded his own brewery in Klaksvík, the second in the country.
