We stopped at the Höllbauer restaurant and enjoyed delicious ice cream. Unfortunately, the Höllbauer restaurant will be closing permanently on October 20, 2025. It's a real shame, as it was a perfect place to stop for a bite to eat.

Saturday, great cycling weather, and open. The menu is larger and, above all, more varied than expected. The cake looked delicious; I decided to experiment with a vegetarian organic sausage with fries and classic ketchup. Except for the spicy curry, it was really tasty. In addition to the meat dishes, there are many vegetarian options. Today it was pleasantly quiet; on a Sunday with nice weather, it can get (too) crowded. According to the owner, there were already lines in front of the beer garden and the ice cream counter. I'll definitely stop here again during the week.
