The artwork "Earth Light" was created by the artist Miriam Prantl and stands directly on the shaft of the illwerke vkw power plant in front of the Silvretta House on the Silvretta-Bielerhöhe. The platform is surrounded by sculptural segments that act as mirrors, reflecting the sky, the water, and the mountains. In the center of the platform is a kind of telescope, which, however, does not look into the distance but into the depths. A mysterious and impressive discovery when looking through the tube is a pulsating space of light. It appears as if one can see into the interior of the earth. There is a marked winter hiking trail around the lake. However, it is only partially groomed and therefore very suitable for snowshoes.
