A beautiful new bench (approx. spring 2026) at the triangular intersection, among other places, on the path from the Struth hiking car park towards the motorway crossing over the A61.

Over 400 year old oak (ND-7140-060) accessible via a small path. An oak tree about 30 meters high stands prominently in the "Hahnenkammer" parcel in the Rheinböllen city forest. The Rheinböllen Jewish Cemetery is a protected cultural monument. The Jewish cemetery north-east of the city on the hillside "Auf dem Rockenberg" was redesigned in 1844/45 and occupied until 1935. There are 34 tombstones in the 922 m² cemetery. The A 61 runs east in the immediate vicinity.

After the Reformation, the Rheinböllen Catholics belonged to the parish of Schnorbach. The dissolution of the Simultaneum in 1710 prompted the construction of a provisional chapel in Rheinböllen. A new church was built between 1775 and 1777 due to the formation of a new parish with the annexes of Mörschbach, Erbach, Dichtelbach and Kleinweidelbach. 1841 Addition of a western tower in the neo-Romanesque style. The hall-shaped nave measured 56x32 feet and the choir may have been Romanesque. Inside there was a flat ceiling and galleries. Today's church was built between 1870 and 1872 according to plans by the district master builder Sasse, Simmern.
