Crossing it when it's low is practically a must.

You can only cross the river when the water level allows it. It's worth it, though, for the spectacular view of the Pedriza reflected in its waters and all the birds that inhabit it.

It is a good area for a quiet route without rushing... except for some sections with a lot of water where you have to walk.

Today it was overflowing with water. Very good place to spend the day.

super nice ....., this route is worth it, easy without technical complexity except at the end, when you reach manzanares, a gravel descent to descend carefully if you still do not have much control.

Different at each time of the year and full of birds. From the reservoir you can see the mountains, Manzanares and Soto del Real.

A very nice reservoir. The sunsets and sunrises are spectacular, there are incredible views of Manzanares and its castle, and it is a good place to photograph birds.

A beautiful path, even if it does not appear on the map, it can be crossed, at least in September, when the water level is not very high.
