"오버레스 토르"(퇴를리라고도 함)는 리스탈의 상징이자 중세 도시 성벽의 일부입니다. 하부 구조는 13세기 전반에 건설되었으며, 나중에 증축된 츠빙거는 1879년에 교통상의 이유로 철거되었습니다. 탑에는 아마도 1498/99년부터 그림이 그려져 있었을 것이며, 현재의 그림은 1949/50년에 현지 화가 오토 플랫너가 그린 것으로, 안쪽에는 루틀리 맹세와 용을 죽인 성 조지, 바깥쪽에는 크로노스와 스위스 깃발을 든 전사가 그려져 있습니다.
