Nice path, gravel, away from traffic. Attention, pedestrians and cyclists share the path.

When Christmas is not far off, the nativity scene is set up in front of the Westphalian Museum for Religious Culture, to the right of the pilgrimage chapel. Telgte is always worthwhile, not just at Christmas time.

At August-Winkhaus-Straße you turn onto a sandy path and get to the Emsschleife.

The Catholic provost church of St. Clemens is a listed church building in Telgte. In the church you can find, among other things, a stone Madonna with an apple from 1450, a wooden crescent moon Madonna from 1700 and a magnificent chalice from 1710. For centuries, the pilgrimage chapel has housed the Telgte miraculous image of Our Lady of Sorrows. In the chapel there are two display cases with votive offerings that were deposited with the miraculous image as a thank you. The coat of arms of Prince-Bishop von Galen is attached above each of the three portals.

One of the many bridges in Emsauenpark. The cycle paths are very beautiful and the 6.5 km long circular hiking trail has a total of 15 information points and other adventure elements. It is divided into two loops separated by the Ems.
