Here you can let your gaze wander over the moor – it's best to take binoculars with you.

With lovely refreshment stops in the Zelder family restaurant.

Driving, running or walking through Zelder's pond area is recommended at any time of the year.

The Zelder family business breeds carp, tench, pike and zander in the ponds. You can taste the fish in the inn or in the fishermen's hermitage. The latter consists of a wooden hut with an adjoining beer garden. Unfortunately, the hermitage was closed when I arrived. If you enjoy paddling, you can also rent a rowing boat here.

Schowtchick mill The Schowtschick mill, built around 1500, is the only one of 5 water mills that has survived in this area to this day. Located in a landscape conservation area, it is under monument protection.
