From Hermannsberg, 383m high, above Sand, you have a wide view over the valley with Zeil on the other side, all the way to the Rhön. A bench invites you to linger. The summit cross gives you the feeling that you have actually climbed a mountain 😆. The Hermannsberg is located on Steinbrecherweg, next to a sandstone quarry.

The Spitzberg is not particularly high. Nevertheless, you have a great view of the Main plain from here, as the mountain is not forested. Instead, one can enjoy an amazing flower meadow covering it.

The summit cross was erected in 1984 by the hiking friends Sand am Main. From here you have a beautiful view of Sand, the Zeiler Käppele and the Hohe Wann.
