As of September 2025: The riverside path along the Flaumbach stream is inaccessible. The access at the Pulgersmühle is completely overgrown (see photo). The access at the end of the path over the bridge is also closed, as the bridge apparently needs repairs (also see photo). A detour is signposted.

If you take a closer look at the bank of the stream, you will see that the stream bed has been bordered with slate stones.

Great fun for young and old... and definitely good to do... even if the trouser leg flaps a little...😇

From pretty stream to over there stream… without getting your feet wet… in some places there is even a ford

If you want to avoid the many visitors who cross the bridge in procession, especially when the weather is nice, you should be at the bridge by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. The bridge can be accessed from both directions and there are several wooden benches and wooden loungers at the entrance points so you can enjoy this impressive masterpiece of engineering.

The pond is very pretty and the grounds are well maintained, but there is not much life to be found apart from a water lily and smaller aquatic plants...
