Unfortunately, a visit to Arras Castle is absolutely not recommended! It's extremely expensive, and the overall experience is rather subpar. While the attached museum houses some interesting exhibits, the rooms and glass display cases are rather run-down, neglected, and haven't been cleaned in months. The restaurant is also below average in terms of waiting time and food quality. Here, food is served after being reheated in a microwave. The only thing that is extremely above average is the price of food and drinks! Furthermore, the owner reacts to negative reviews in a very polemical and populist manner, without any factual basis. In some online reviews, especially on platforms like TripAdvisor and Google, the owner of Arras Castle is mentioned for his unfriendly or curt responses to negative reviews. Some guests report "very unfriendly contact with the operator via Google" and conclude that this could explain the mixed overall reviews.

The bridge in Bullay is Germany's first double-deck bridge. There is a beautiful view of the bridge from Haus Waldfrieden.
