The Château de Chillon is located on the shores of Lake Geneva, near Montreux in Veytaux, Switzerland. The castle is located on the eastern shore of Lake Geneva, in a picturesque spot between Montreux and Veytaux. The castle dates back to the thirteenth century and is one of the best preserved medieval castles in Europe.
