In the upper part of the ascent not always rideable

Beautiful trail that is narrow, relatively steep and quite technical. There are a couple of sharp turns. However, it remains doable by most MTB riders, even XC guys (enduro riders will love this trail).

From the Sasso della Boggia a very beautiful trail leads down to Airolo. You can also turn left halfway up and bike along gravel roads and some trails into the Bedretto Valley. You can easily get up to the Sass by bike (the top section is only down the bike trail!) or by cable car from Airolo (bike day ticket for downhillers... whoever likes it).

Arrival of the Airolo-Pesciüm cable car. From here you begin a beautiful descent towards Airolo and its bike park.
