Nice narrow alternative to the SB trail. The stream crossing is easier to drive from top to bottom.

Those who like it sportier can visit the Black Mountain Bike Park on the local mountain of Elstra, the Schwarzenberg, since summer 2016. There is always something for both beginners and professionals on 5 routes with a length of more than 5000 meters. Ski fans also get their money's worth in winter on the more than 600 meter long downhill run on the Schwarzenberg. Take the ski lift up and whiz down into the valley on your own mountain bike: This is not only possible in the Alps, but also in West Lusatia. In the Black Mountain BikePark on the 413 m high Schwarzenberg in Elstra, to be precise. Where skiing is popular in winter, mountain bikers romp around on the north-east slope of the Schwarzenberg in the warm season. A total of four runs were created here last year. Route profiles such as "rough & fast", "flow & style", "flowig & smooth" are available for selection. But not only professionals and experienced bikers can use the routes, one route is also suitable for older children and beginners.

Downhill and uphill an option

After the massive logging, the look of the trail has changed quite a bit. But it is still easy to drive - preferably downhill (from north to south).

Nice path with a stream crossing and some fast passages. When scouting via Komoot, I was surprised about the "detour" along the Old 2 ... When I was driving the trail, suddenly a light dawned on me: only 200m further on at aisle 11 the path forks. Straight ahead it actually goes on, but slightly to the left there is a nice steep descent with a few roots to pull off. Unfortunately, the trail ended directly at the stream, which is why my route also has a small detour.

Very rooted and technical, but also one of the most beautiful trails on the heath. In the lower part it becomes winding, narrow and difficult to see, there you should definitely watch out for hikers.
