Very cool bike path 🚴‍♂️

The small chapel on the outskirts of Gonnesweiler was rebuilt in 2004/2005 and is dedicated to St. John of Nepomuk – the bridge saint and patron of the seal of confession. It commemorates a long tradition dating back to the 18th century and is now a popular place for peace and reflection. Tip: It's worth taking a short detour to see the chapel from the inside. The warm light through the windows is particularly impressive in the afternoon. It's also an ideal place for a quiet rest stop on a hike.

The castle ruins are located in the center of Nohfelden, with a beautiful castle courtyard and an elevator up to the castle ruins.

We passed through here on the third day of our Trier-Grünstadt tour. It's one of the most beautiful bike paths we've ever ridden.

The Türkismühle information point is a popular spot for cyclists and hikers in the St. Wendeler Land region. It is located near the former mill, dating back to 1747, and features information panels about its history. The surrounding area is ideal for hikes and bike rides through the picturesque landscape.
