This dam on the Nahe is embedded in a wonderful landscape. The Nahe meanders through the mountains and rocks in large and sometimes narrow loops. This place is simply gorgeous, especially in sunny weather when the water sparkles beautifully.

You can sit by the water and relax. Perfect way to cool down in summer 😉

After this subterranean passage was exposed by erosion, platy deposits formed due to pressure relief and weathering.
